Overview
AIRTECH SW-CJ-1B Standard Clean Bench is a single person single-sided operation equipment with downdraft, horizontal laminar flow type, providing ISO 5 (100) clean environment. Its work area size is 820 * 480 (300) * 600mm, equipped with digital display control interface and one-piece stainless steel countertop, suitable for operation occasions requiring high local cleanliness.

1. Digital display control interface, touch key operation, can realize three-speed speed regulation, and display the running status of fan, lighting and UV Lamp.
2. UV Lamp appointment can be set to open and close, and the accumulated running time of fan, UV Lamp and Filter can be displayed.

Principle
The Clean Bench adopts the Working Principle of downwind intake and horizontal laminar flow. After the air is initially purified by the pre-Filter, it is driven by the fan and filtered by the high-efficiency filter to form a clean and uniform horizontal one-way airflow that covers the entire work area, thus isolating the operation area from the external environment and maintaining the ISO 5 cleanliness of the work area.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Turn on the lighting by tapping the button.
3. Select the wind speed gear of the fan by tapping the button (three gears are adjustable).
4. Before conducting experiments or operations, you can make an appointment to turn on the UV Lamp for sterilization as needed.
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the fan and lighting.
6. Regularly check and clean or replace the Pre-Filter.
Notice
Make sure the equipment is properly grounded before use.
* The lamp and the UV Lamp have an interlocking function, please do not force them to open at the same time.
Regularly clean countertops and stainless steel surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
When moving your device, use universal casters to ensure reliable fixation.
Pay attention to the accumulated running time of Filter displayed in the control panel and maintain it in a timely manner.
When the equipment is running, avoid large movements in front of the operating area to reduce airflow disturbances.
