Overview
The AIRTECH SW-CJ-1BU Standard Clean Bench is a single person single-sided operation device with updraft and horizontal laminar flow, designed for scenarios such as intravenous infusion configuration centers. It provides an ISO 5 (100) clean working environment to ensure air cleanliness in the operating area.

1. Adopt digital display control interface, touch key operation, can achieve three speed regulation, and display the fan, lighting and UV Lamp running status.
2. UV Lamp appointment can be set to open and close, and the accumulated running time of fan, UV Lamp and Filter can be displayed.
3. Embedded Tempered Glass is used on both sides for easy observation.
4. The work surface is made of integrally formed stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean.
5. Cold rolled steel plate with ivory white electrostatic powder lame plating, corrosion resistance, can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria on the surface of the cabinet.
6. Streamlined machine shape, so that the air flow in the working area is least disturbed.
7. Equipped with universal rotating casters, flexible movement, convenient and reliable fixing.
8. Pre-Filter design supports quick replacement and cleaning, making it convenient and efficient.

Principle
The Clean Bench adopts the air flow organization form of upper inlet air and horizontal laminar flow. After the air is preliminarily purified by the pre-Filter, it is pressurized by the fan and efficiently filtered through the high-efficiency Filter to form a clean and uniform horizontal one-way air flow, which continues to blow through the entire work area and take away dust particles or microorganisms generated during operation, thereby maintaining a high-cleanliness environment in the work area.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V, 1φ, 50Hz).
2. Open the device with a touch of the button through the digital display control panel.
3. Select the fan operating gear as required (three gears adjustable).
4. You can make an appointment to set the opening and closing time of the UV Lamp.
5. After use, turn off the device according to the prescribed procedures.

• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage meets the equipment requirements (AC220V, 1φ, 50Hz).
• Pay attention to the interlocking function of the lighting lamp and the ultraviolet sterilization lamp to avoid misoperation.
• Regularly check and clean or replace the pre-Filter to maintain equipment performance.
• Pay attention to safety when moving equipment, use universal casters and fix them reliably.
• When cleaning the countertop, use a suitable cleaner to avoid corrosion of the stainless steel surface.
• When the equipment is running, the accumulated running time of the fan, UV Lamp and Filter can be viewed from the control panel for maintenance.
• Do not block incoming and outgoing trends during the operation of the equipment, so as not to affect the airflow organization and cleaning effect.
