Overview
The AIRTECH SW-CJ-1C Standard Clean Bench is an updraft, horizontal laminar flow double person single-sided operating table. It features a streamlined design that effectively reduces airflow disturbances and provides an ISO 5 (Class 100) clean working environment for applications such as intravenous infusion configuration centers. The work surface is made of integrally formed stainless steel, and the outer box is made of electrostatic powder lame plating steel plate, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean.

1. Adopt digital display control interface, touch key operation, can achieve three speed regulation, and display the fan, lighting and UV Lamp running status.
2. UV Lamp appointment can be set to open and close, and the accumulated running time of fan, UV Lamp and Filter can be displayed.
3. Embedded Tempered Glass is used on both sides for easy observation.

Principle
The Clean Bench adopts the Working Principle of updraft and horizontal laminar flow. After the air is purified by pre-Filter and high-efficiency Filter, a horizontal one-way clean airflow is formed, evenly covering the entire work area, removing dust and microorganisms generated during operation, thus maintaining a high cleanliness environment of ISO 5 (Class 100) in the work area.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Turn on the device through the touch button of the digital display control panel.
3. Select the fan operating gear as required (three gears adjustable).
4. You can make an appointment to set the opening and closing time of the UV Lamp.
5. After use, turn off the device according to the prescribed procedures.

• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage is AC220V and ensure good grounding.
• Please pay attention to the interlocking function of the lamp and the UV Lamp when operating to ensure safety.
• Regularly check and clean or replace the Pre-Filter to maintain equipment performance.
• When moving the device, please use the universal caster and fix it carefully to prevent sliding.
