Overview
The AIRTECH SW-CJ-1CU Standard Clean Bench is a double person single-sided console with updraft and horizontal laminar flow. It uses a digital display control interface, and the work area cleanliness is ISO 5 (US LIANBANG 209E 100). It provides a local high-cleanliness operating environment for applications such as intravenous infusion configuration centers.

1. Digital display control interface, touch key operation, can realize three-speed speed regulation, and display the running status of fan, lighting and UV Lamp.
2. UV Lamp appointment can be set to open and close, and the accumulated running time of fan, UV Lamp and Filter can be displayed.

Principle
The Clean Bench adopts the air circulation method of updraft and horizontal laminar flow. After the indoor air is initially purified by the pre-Filter, the fan is pressed into the high-efficiency Filter for secondary filtration to form clean horizontal unidirectional flow (laminar flow) air, which continues to blow through the entire work area, removing dust particles and biological particles generated during operation, so as to maintain an ISO 5 high-cleanliness environment in the workbench.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Turn on the device through the touch button of the digital display control panel.
3. According to the needs, select the fan running gear (three gears adjustable) through the control panel.
4. You can make an appointment to set the opening and closing time of the UV Lamp.
5. During operation, the working area can be observed through the embedded tempered Glass on both sides.
6. After use, turn off the device according to the procedures.

• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage is AC220V and ensure good grounding.
• Please pay attention to the interlocking function of the lighting and ultraviolet sterilization system during operation to ensure safety.
• Regularly check and clean or replace the pre-Filter to maintain equipment performance.
• When moving the device, use universal casters and pay attention to fixing them to prevent sliding.
• When cleaning the countertop, use a suitable cleaner to avoid corrosion of the stainless steel surface.
• Do not block the incoming and outgoing trends during the operation of the equipment, so as not to affect the airflow and cleaning effect.
• Pay attention to the accumulated running time displayed on the control panel so that maintenance can be carried out in a timely manner.
• The device has a power-off protection function, but please check the status of the device when restarting after abnormal power failure.
