Overview
The AIRTECH HS-840 Clean Bench is a single person, single-sided air purifier designed to provide an ISO 5 (100) local clean environment for experimental operations. It features a streamlined design with a digital control interface and a uniformly formed stainless steel workbench for all types of operations that require cleanliness.

Principle
The Clean Bench sucks the air through the built-in fan, and after being initially filtrated by the pre-Filter, it is efficiently purified by the high-efficiency Filter to form a vertical or horizontal unidirectional flow (laminar flow) of clean air, which is continuously blown through the working area to maintain the ISO 5 high cleanliness of the operating area and discharge possible contaminants.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Turn on the fan through the digital display control panel and select the wind speed gear as required.
3. Turn on the lighting for operation.
4. Before and after use, you can make an appointment through the control panel or directly open the UV Lamp for sterilization and disinfection.
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the lighting and fan.
Notice
• Before use, please confirm that the equipment is well grounded and check the Filter condition.
• Minimize rapid movement within the work area during operation to avoid disturbing the laminar flow.
• Regularly clean countertops and stainless steel surfaces.
• According to the accumulated running time prompt, regularly check and clean or replace the pre-Filter.
• When the UV Lamp is turned on, make sure the lights are turned off (interlock function) and avoid people looking directly at the UV Lamp.
• When moving the device, it needs to be fixed through support feet to ensure stability.
• Noise during equipment operation, but should not exceed 62dB (A).
