Overview
The AIRTECH HS-840-U Clean Bench is a single person single-sided air purification equipment designed to provide ISO 5 (Class 100) local clean environment for experimental operations. Its work area size is 720 * 650 * 570mm, with an integrated stainless steel countertop, equipped with a digital control interface, with functions such as wind speed adjustment, status display and UV Lamp reservation.

1. Digital display control interface, touch key operation, can realize three-speed speed regulation and display the running status of fan, lighting lamp and UV Lamp.

Principle
The Clean Bench drives air through an internal fan. After being filtered by a high-efficiency filter, it forms a vertical or horizontal unidirectional flow (laminar flow) of clean air. It creates and maintains a high-cleanliness ISO 5 environment in the work area to protect the working sample from contamination. Its streamlined design helps reduce airflow disturbances.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Turn on the fan through the digital display control panel and select the wind speed gear as required.
3. Turn on the lighting for operation.
4. Before and after use, you can make an appointment through the control panel or directly open the UV Lamp for sterilization and disinfection.
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the lighting and fan.
Notice
Before use, check whether the equipment is in normal condition.
Regularly clean the work surface and pre-Filter, and replace the high-efficiency Filter if necessary to maintain cleanliness.
◆ Pay attention to the interlocking function between the lighting and the UV Lamp to avoid operation when the UV Lamp is turned on.
When moving equipment, pay attention to fixing casters to ensure the stability of the workbench.
