Overview
The AIRTECH HS-1300 Clean Bench is a double person single-sided operation device designed to provide a clean working environment of ISO 5 (US LIANBANG 209E 100). Its work area size is 1180 * 650 * 570mm, with a streamlined design to reduce airflow disturbances, and is equipped with user-friendly control and safety functions, suitable for operations with strict requirements on cleanliness.
Features
1. Adopt digital display control interface and touch the button to operate, which can realize three-speed wind speed adjustment and display the running status of the fan, lighting and UV Lamp.
2. With UV Lamp appointment opening and closing function, it can display the accumulated running time of the fan, UV Lamp and Filter.
3. Embedded Tempered Glass is used on both sides for easy observation.
4. The work surface is made of well-formed stainless steel, with a circular arc design at the front end, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean.
5. Cold rolled steel plate with ivory white electrostatic powder lame plating, corrosion resistance, can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria on the surface of the cabinet.
6. Streamlined machine shape, so that the air flow in the working area is least disturbed.
7. Equipped with universal rotating casters and supporting feet, it is flexible to move and easy to fix.
8. User-friendly pre-Filter quick replacement and cleaning design.
9. The lighting and sterilization systems are interlocked, with a spare socket design, with power-off protection function, safe and convenient to use.

Principle
The Clean Bench sucks the air through the built-in fan. After the pre-Filter is initially filtrated, it is efficiently purified by the high-efficiency Filter to form a vertical or horizontal unidirectional flow (laminar flow) of clean air. It continuously covers the entire work area with ISO 5 (100) cleanliness, thus providing a local dust-free and sterile environment for the operating object. Its streamlined design helps to maintain airflow stability and reduce disturbances.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Open the device by tapping the button through the digital display control panel, and select the fan wind speed gear as needed.
3. Use the control panel to set the appointment opening or closing time of the UV Lamp.
4. Before conducting experiments or operations, the lighting can be turned on (interlocked with the UV Lamp, usually not turned on at the same time).
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the fan and lighting, and turn on the UV Lamp for disinfection if necessary.
6. Regularly replace or clean the pre-Filter by convenient design.
Notice
* Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check that the Power supply voltage is AC220V.
When operating, please pay attention to the interlocking function of the lamp and the UV Lamp to avoid opening them at the same time.
Regularly check and record the accumulated operating time of the fan, UV Lamp and Filter, and maintain or replace them in a timely manner.
* Please use universal casters when moving the device, and use support feet to fix it reliably after it is in place.
* When cleaning the countertop, please use appropriate detergent to avoid corrosion of stainless steel surface.
Noise level does not exceed 62dB (A).
* Do not connect devices with excessive power consumption outside the device's Rated power (500W).
