AIRTECH HS-1300-U Clean Bench is a double person single-sided air purification equipment. It uses a streamlined luxury design, and the work area cleanliness reaches ISO 5 (US LIANBANG 209E 100), providing a highly clean local environment for experimental operations.

1. Adopt digital display control interface and touch the button to operate, which can realize three-speed wind speed adjustment and display the running status of the fan, lighting and UV Lamp.
2. With UV Lamp appointment opening and closing function, it can display the accumulated running time of the fan, UV Lamp and Filter.

Principle
The Clean Bench sucks the air in through the built-in fan, and after being initially filtrated by the pre-Filter, it is efficiently purified by the high-efficiency Filter to form a clean vertical or horizontal unidirectional flow of air, which is continuously blown through the working area to maintain the cleanliness of the operating space and prevent the sample from being contaminated.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the control panel.
2. According to the requirements, select the wind speed gear of the fan by touching the button (usually there are three gears adjustable).
3. When necessary, the lighting can be turned on for operation lighting.
4. Before or after the aseptic operation, you can make an appointment through the control panel or directly open the UV Lamp for sterilization.
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the fan and lighting, and turn on the UV Lamp again for disinfection if necessary.
6. When not in use for a long time, disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements of AC220V.
• Regularly check and clean or replace the pre-Filter to maintain equipment performance and efficient Filter life.
• When the UV Lamp is turned on, it is strictly forbidden for personnel to look directly at the UV lamp or work under its irradiation to prevent eye and skin injuries.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the items into the trend and air outlet high-efficiency Filter, so as not to affect the airflow and cleaning effect.
• When moving the device, please push it carefully through the universal caster, and fix it with support feet after it is in place to prevent sliding.
• When cleaning worktops, use a soft damp cloth and neutral detergent to avoid corrosion chemicals.
• Pay attention to the interlocking function of the lamp and the UV Lamp. Usually, the two cannot be turned on at the same time. Please follow the instructions.
• If the equipment is abnormal, it should be stopped immediately and a professional should be contacted for maintenance.
