Overview
The AIRTECH VS-840K-U Clean Bench is a single person, single-sided air purifier. It has a streamlined design and provides an ISO 5 (LIANBANG 209E 100) clean environment, suitable for applications with high cleanliness requirements on the operating area.

1. Digital display control interface, touch key operation, can realize three-speed speed regulation, and display the running status of fan, lighting and UV Lamp.
2. UV Lamp appointment can be set to open and close, and the accumulated running time of fan, UV Lamp and Filter can be displayed.
3. Embedded Tempered Glass is used on both sides for easy observation.
4. Adopt any positioning sliding door system.
5. The work surface is made of integrally formed stainless steel, with a circular arc design at the front end, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean.

Principle
The Clean Bench drives the air through the internal fan, which is purified by pre-Filter and high-efficiency Filter to form a vertical or horizontal unidirectional flow (laminar flow) of clean air, which is continuously blown across the work area to maintain the cleanliness of the operating space and prevent external contaminants from entering.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the main switch of the device.
2. Turn on the fan through the digital display control panel and select the wind speed gear as required.
3. When necessary, the lighting can be turned on for operation lighting.
4. Before and after use or when disinfection is required, you can make an appointment through the control panel or directly turn on the UV Lamp for sterilization.
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the lighting and fan, and turn on the UV Lamp again if necessary.
6. When not in use for a long time, disconnect the power supply.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a flat, stable, no strong vibration and electromagnetic interference environment.
Before operation, make sure that the UV Lamp is closed to avoid direct exposure to ultraviolet rays.
Regularly check and clean or replace the pre-Filter to maintain equipment performance and cleanliness.
Minimize rapid movement in front of the work area during operation to avoid interfering with airflow.
When an abnormal alarm or malfunction occurs, the equipment should be stopped immediately and a professional should be contacted for maintenance.
