Overview
The AIRTECH VS-1300L Clean Bench is a double person single-sided device designed to provide a high-cleanliness working environment of ISO 5 (US LIANBANG 209E 100). It features a streamlined luxury design with a digital display control interface and user-friendly functions, suitable for experimental or production operations that require local air purification.
Features
1. Digital display control interface, touch key operation, can realize three-speed wind speed adjustment, and display the running status of fan, lighting and UV Lamp.
2. UV Lamp appointment can be set to open and close, and the accumulated running time of fan, UV Lamp and Filter can be displayed.
3. Embedded Tempered Glass is used on both sides for easy observation.
4. Adopt any positioning sliding door system.
5. The work surface is made of integrally formed stainless steel, with a circular arc design at the front end, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean.
6. Cold rolled steel plate with ivory white electrostatic powder lame plating, corrosion resistance, can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria on the surface of the cabinet.
7. Streamlined and luxurious machine shape, so that the air flow in the working area is least disturbed.
8. Equipped with universal rotating casters and support feet, it is flexible to move and easy to fix.

Principle
The Clean Bench sucks the air through the built-in fan, and after the pre-Filter is initially filtrated, it is deeply purified by the high-efficiency Filter to form a vertical or horizontal unidirectional flow (laminar flow) of clean air, which is continuously blown to the working area to maintain the high cleanliness of the working area environment and prevent the sample from being contaminated.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Turn on the equipment through the digital display control panel, and adjust the wind speed of the fan as needed.
3. Before use, you can make an appointment or directly open the UV Lamp to sterilize the work area.
4. After sterilizing, turn off the UV Lamp and turn on the lighting for experimental operation.
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the lighting and fan and clean the countertop.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements of AC220V.
• The lamp and the UV Lamp have an interlocking function, do not turn them on at the same time to protect the safety of the operator.
• Regularly check and clean or replace the pre-Filter to maintain the filtrate effect and equipment performance.
• Please use universal casters when moving the device, and fix it securely through support feet after it is in place.
• When cleaning the countertop, use a suitable cleaner to avoid corrosion of the stainless steel surface.
• Noise during equipment operation (≤ 62dB (A)) is a normal phenomenon.
• Do not connect excessive power consumption devices beyond the device's Rated power (500W).
• The equipment is heavy (200kg), so pay attention to safety when moving and installing to prevent dumping.
