Overview
AIRTECH HT-840 is a slip-in Clean Bench designed for single person single-sided operation. It can provide ISO 5 class (US LIANBANG 209E class 100) clean working environment, with adjustable average wind speed, low noise and sufficient illumination, suitable for operation occasions requiring high local cleanliness.
Features
1. Adopt digital display control interface, touch key operation, can achieve three speed regulation, and display the fan, lighting and UV Lamp running status.
2. UV Lamp appointment can be set to open and close, and the accumulated running time of the fan, UV Lamp and Filter can be displayed in real time.
3. Embedded Tempered Glass is used on both sides for easy observation.
4. The work surface is made of integrally formed stainless steel, with a circular arc design at the front end, which is resistant to corrosion, easy to clean, and has the function of shock absorption and separation.
5. Cold rolled steel plate with ivory white electrostatic powder lame plating, corrosion resistance, can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria on the surface of the cabinet.
6. Streamlined machine shape, so that the air flow in the working area is least disturbed.
7. Equipped with universal rotating casters and support feet, flexible movement, convenient and reliable fixation.
8. Pre-Filter adopts quick replacement and cleaning design, which is convenient and efficient.

Principle
The Clean Bench drives the air through the internal fan. After being filtered by the high-efficiency filter, it forms a vertical or horizontal unidirectional flow (laminar flow) of clean air, which is continuously blown through the working area to eliminate dust and microorganisms generated during operation and maintain a high-cleanliness environment in the working area.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Turn on the device by tapping the button control panel, and select the fan wind speed gear as needed.
3. Turn on the lighting for operation.
4. Before and after the operation or when necessary, you can make an appointment or manually open the UV Lamp for sterilization and disinfection.
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the lighting and fan, and clean the countertop if necessary.
6. Regularly check and clean or replace the Pre-Filter.
Notice
* Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements (AC220V, 1φ, 50Hz).
* Do not block the items into the trend and high-efficiency Filter air surface during operation, so as not to affect the airflow and cleaning effect.
When the UV Lamp is turned on, do not operate, and ensure that the lighting and UV Lamp interlock function is normal to protect personnel safety.
When moving the device, please use the universal caster and pay attention to stability; when fixing, please lower the support foot to ensure stability.
* When cleaning the countertop, please use appropriate detergent to avoid corrosion of stainless steel surface.
Regularly (according to Frequency and environment) clean the pre-Filter to maintain fan efficiency and extend the life of the high-efficiency Filter.
If there is an abnormality in the equipment, please immediately power off and contact a professional for maintenance.
