The AIRTECH HT-1300 Set-In Clean Bench is a double person single-sided cleaning equipment. It adopts a streamlined machine shape, and the cleanliness of the work area reaches ISO 5 (US LIANBANG 209E Class 100). It is suitable for operations that require a local high-cleanliness environment. The product is equipped with a digital display control interface, the work surface is made of integrally formed stainless steel, and the outer box is made of Cold rolled steel electroplating static spray with universal casters for easy movement and fixation.

Principle
The Clean Bench drives the air through the internal fan, and after being filtered by the high-efficiency filter, a vertical or horizontal unidirectional flow of clean air is formed, which is continuously blown through the working area to maintain a high-cleanliness environment in the working area and prevent the sample from being contaminated.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Turn on the equipment through the digital display control panel, and adjust the wind speed of the fan as needed.
3. Turn on the lighting for operation.
4. Before and after use or as needed, you can make an appointment to turn on the UV Lamp for sterilization.
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the lighting and fan.
6. Regularly check and clean or replace the Pre-Filter.
