Overview
The AIRTECH HT-1300-U Sleeve-In Clean Bench is a double person single-sided operation device designed to provide a clean working environment of ISO 5 (US LIANBANG 209E Class 100). Its work area size is 1140 * 650 * 720mm, with a streamlined design to reduce airflow disturbances, and it is equipped with a digital display control interface for easy operation.

Principle
The Clean Bench sucks air in through the built-in fan, and after being initially filtrated by the pre-Filter, it is efficiently purified by the high-efficiency Filter to form a vertical or horizontal unidirectional flow (laminar flow) of clean air, covering the entire work area with ISO 5 (100) cleanliness to provide protection for the operating object. The airflow design can effectively prevent external pollution from entering, and there is a UV Lamp for auxiliary sterilization and disinfection.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Turn on the equipment through the digital display control panel, and adjust the wind speed of the fan as needed.
3. Before use, you can make an appointment or directly turn on the UV Lamp for sterilization in the working area.
4. After turning off the UV Lamp, turn on the lighting for operation.
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the lighting and fan and clean the countertop.
6. Regularly clean or replace the pre-Filter according to the accumulated running time prompt.
Notice
Make sure the equipment is properly grounded before use.
The lamp and the UV Lamp have an interlocking function and cannot be turned on at the same time. Please pay attention to the safety of operation.
Check and clean the Pre-Filter regularly to maintain equipment performance and cleanliness.
When moving equipment, please use universal casters and ensure that the support feet are firmly fixed.
