AIRTECH VT-840K sleeve-in Clean Bench is a single person single-sided operation cleaning equipment with a working area size of 680 * 650 * 570mm. It adopts a streamlined design to effectively reduce airflow disturbances and provide ISO 5 (US LIANBANG 209E Class 100) clean environment, suitable for occasions with cleanliness requirements on the operating environment.

1. Adopt digital display control interface and touch the button to operate, which can realize three-speed wind speed adjustment and display the running status of the fan, lighting and UV Lamp.

Principle
The Clean Bench sucks the air through the internal fan, and after the pre-Filter is initially filtrated, it is efficiently purified by the high-efficiency Filter to form a vertical or horizontal one-way flow of clean air, covering the entire work area with ISO 5 (100) cleanliness, thus providing a dust-free, sterile local clean environment for the operation object.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Turn on the device through the control panel, and adjust the wind speed gear as needed.
3. You can make an appointment or directly turn on the UV Lamp for sterilization before use.
4. During operation, pick and place items through any positioning sliding door.
5. After use, turn off the power of the device.
Notice

• The lamp and the UV Lamp are interlocked to avoid opening at the same time.
