Overview
The AIRTECH VT-840K-U Sleeve-In Clean Bench is a single person single-sided cleaning machine designed to provide a local dust-free and sterile environment for operations with strict cleanliness requirements. The work area cleanliness class is ISO 5 (US LIANBANG 209E standard class 100), the streamlined machine shape is used to reduce airflow disturbances, and it is equipped with an integrated stainless steel workbench surface with corrosion resistance, easy cleaning and shock absorption and separation functions.

1. Adopt digital display control interface, touch key operation, can realize three-speed wind speed adjustment, and real-time display of fan, lighting and UV Lamp running status.
2. With UV Lamp appointment opening and closing function, the accumulated running time of the fan, UV Lamp and Filter can be displayed in real time.

Principle
The Clean Bench drives the air through the internal fan, and is purified in multiple stages by pre-Filter and high-efficiency Filter to form a vertical or horizontal unidirectional flow (laminar flow) of clean air. The clean air passes through the work area at a uniform and stable wind speed (adjustable ≥ 0.3m/s) to continuously eliminate dust and microorganisms generated during operation, thus maintaining an ISO 5 high-cleanliness environment inside the workbench, providing local dust-free and sterile protection for experimental or production operations.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Turn on the equipment through the digital display control panel, and select the fan wind speed gear as needed.
3. Before use, you can make an appointment through the control panel or directly open the UV Lamp to sterilize the work area.
4. During operation, adjust the opening height of the front window through any positioning sliding door system.
5. When the lighting system is turned on, conduct experiments or production operations in a clean working area.
6. After use, turn off the lighting and fan, and turn on the UV Lamp again if necessary for disinfection.
7. Regularly clean or replace the pre-Filter with a quick change design.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements of AC220V.
• When the UV Lamp is turned on, it is strictly forbidden to perform experimental operations to avoid harm to the human body caused by ultraviolet rays.
• The lighting and the UV Lamp system are interlocked, please do not force them to open at the same time.
• During operation, rapid movement at the opening of the front window should be minimized to maintain a stable airflow.
• Regularly check and record the accumulated usage time of the high-efficiency Filter, and contact a professional to replace it if necessary.
• When cleaning the countertop, use the appropriate detergent to avoid corrosion of the stainless steel surface.
• When moving the device, it needs to be fixed by supporting feet to prevent sliding.
When the equipment malfunctions, the power should be cut off and handled by professional maintenance personnel.
