Overview
AIRTECH VT-1300L Sleeve-in Clean Bench is a double person single-sided operation cleaning equipment. It adopts a streamlined machine shape to effectively reduce airflow disturbances, and the work area cleanliness level reaches ISO 5 (US LIANBANG 209E Class 100), providing a high-cleanliness local environment for experimental or production operations.

1. Adopt digital display control interface and touch the button to operate, which can realize three-speed wind speed adjustment and display the running status of the fan, lighting and UV Lamp.
2. With UV Lamp appointment opening and closing function, it can display the accumulated running time of the fan, UV Lamp and Filter in real time.
3. Embedded Tempered Glass is used on both sides for easy observation.
4. Adopt any positioning sliding door system.
5. The work surface is made of integrally formed stainless steel, with a circular arc design at the front end, which is resistant to corrosion, easy to clean, and has the function of shock absorption and separation.

Principle
The Clean Bench drives the air through an internal fan, which is purified in multiple stages by pre-Filter and high-efficiency Filter to form a vertical or horizontal clean airflow. The clean airflow passes through the work area at a steady wind speed (adjustable ≥ 0.3m/s), continuously blowing away dust and microorganisms generated during operation, thus maintaining a high-cleanliness ISO 5 environment in the work surface to protect samples and experimental processes.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Turn on the UV Lamp through the control panel for pre-sterilization of the working area (reservation can be made).
3. After turning off the UV Lamp, turn on the lighting and fan.
4. Adjust the wind speed of the fan through the control panel as required (adjustable in three gears).
5. The operator enters the working state and conducts experiments or production operations under the protection of clean airflow.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the fan and lighting, and if necessary, turn on the UV Lamp again for disinfection.
Notice
• Check the accumulated running time of the Filter before use, and replace or clean the pre-Filter regularly.
• When operating, pay attention to the interlocking state between the lighting and the UV Lamp to avoid harm to the human body caused by the accidental opening of the UV Lamp.
• When moving the device, lock the support feet to ensure the stability of the workbench.
• Appropriate detergent should be used when cleaning the countertop to avoid corrosion of the stainless steel surface.
• Noise during equipment operation (≤ 62dB (A)) is a normal phenomenon.
• Note that the Rated power of the device is 500w to ensure the power load capacity.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair internal components by themselves.
