AIRTECH VT-1300L-U is a slip-in Clean Bench designed for double person single-sided operation. It can provide ISO 5 level (equivalent to US LIANBANG standard 209E level 100) high cleanliness working environment, suitable for operating occasions with strict requirements on cleanliness.

1. Adopt digital display control interface, touch key operation, can realize three-speed wind speed adjustment, and real-time display of fan, lighting and UV Lamp running status.
2. With UV Lamp appointment opening and closing function, it can display the accumulated running time of the fan, UV Lamp and Filter in real time.

Principle
The Clean Bench sucks the air through the built-in fan, after preliminary purification by the pre-Filter, and then deeply penetrates through the high-efficiency Filter to form a clean vertical or horizontal unidirectional flow of air, which is continuously blown to the working area, thus forming a local high-cleanliness environment in the work table, effectively preventing external contaminants from entering the operation area, protecting the sample and the experimental process.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Turn on the device through the digital display control panel, and select the wind speed gear as needed.
3. You can make an appointment or directly turn on the UV Lamp for sterilization before use.
4. During operation, sample pickup and placement is performed through any positioning sliding door.
5. After use, turn off the power of the device.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements of AC220V.
• When turning on the UV Lamp for sterilization, make sure the lights are turned off (system interlock) and avoid personnel looking directly at the UV Lamp.
• Regularly check and clean or replace the pre-Filter to ensure the intake efficiency and equipment performance.
• Please use universal casters when moving the device, and fix it securely through support feet after it is in place.
When cleaning the countertop, use a soft fabric and appropriate detergent to avoid scratching the stainless steel surface.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not block the items into and out of the trend, so as not to affect the airflow and cleaning effect.
• Pay attention to the accumulated running time of the Filter displayed on the control panel, and contact a professional to replace the high-efficiency Filter in time.
