The AIRTECH HD-650 Desktop Clean Bench is a lightweight and compact single person single-sided operating device. It features a streamlined design with ISO 5 cleanliness in the work area (LIANBANG 209E 100), suitable for operations requiring high local cleanliness environments.

Principle
Clean Bench drives the air through the internal fan, purifies it through pre-Filter and high-efficiency Filter to form a vertical or horizontal one-way flow of clean air, and maintains a high cleanliness environment of ISO 5 in the work area to effectively prevent sample contamination.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable bench and connect the AC 220V power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch of the device and start the fan.
Adjust the wind speed to the appropriate range (≥ 0.3m/s) as required.
4. After the equipment is running stably, conduct experiments or operations in the working area.
5. After use, turn off the power and clean the work surface.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a stable, no strong vibration, no strong electromagnetic interference environment.
◆ Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage meets the equipment requirements (AC220V, 1φ, 50Hz).
◆ Regularly check and clean or replace the pre-Filter to ensure the filtrate effect and equipment performance.
When operating, please minimize the rapid movement in front of the work area to avoid disturbing the airflow.
◆ When cleaning the countertop, please use a suitable cleaner to avoid corrosion of the stainless steel surface.
◆ When the equipment is running, do not block items into trend or out of trend.
Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment by themselves.
