The AIRTECH HD-650-U Desktop Clean Bench is a lightweight and compact single person single-sided operating device. It features a streamlined design with ISO 5 cleanliness in the work area (US LIANBANG 209E Class 100), suitable for operations that require a high local cleanliness environment.

Principle
The Clean Bench drives the air through the internal fan, and after preliminary purification by the pre-Filter, it is efficiently filtered by the high-efficiency Filter to form a vertical or horizontal unidirectional flow (laminar flow) of clean air, which is continuously blown through the working area to maintain the high cleanliness of the working area environment and discharge pollutants.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch of the device and start the fan.
Adjust the wind speed to the appropriate gear (≥ 0.3m/s) as required.
4. After the equipment is running stably, proceed with the operation.
5. After use, turn off the power of the device.
Notice
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage meets the equipment requirements (AC220V, 1φ, 50Hz).
• Regularly check and clean or replace the pre-Filter to ensure the filtrate effect and equipment performance.
• Please minimize rapid movement in the working area during operation to avoid disturbing the laminar flow.
• Keep the work surface clean and clean it up in time after use.
• Noise ≤ 62dB (A) when the equipment is running, please ensure that it is used in a permissible environment.
• Do not operate in the equipment that may generate a lot of dust or corrosion gas.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment by themselves.
