Principle
The Clean Bench sucks air through the internal fan system, and after the pre-Filter is initially filtrated, it is deeply purified through the high-efficiency Filter to form clean vertical unidirectional flow (laminar flow) air, which is continuously blown to the working area, so as to form and maintain a high-cleanliness local environment on the work surface, effectively preventing external contaminants from entering the operating area.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable, vibration-free countertop and connect it to an AC220V power supply.
2. Before use, check the pre-Filter and high-efficiency Filter status, and clean or replace if necessary.
3. Turn on the power switch, start the fan, and let the device run for at least 30 minutes to clean itself.
4. Adjust the wind speed to the required level (≥ 0.3m/s) through the control panel.
5. Turn on the lighting to ensure that the working area illuminance meets the requirements (≥ 300LX).
6. After the operator makes preparations such as hand disinfection, he can perform aseptic operations in the work area.
7. After the operation, turn off the lighting and fan power, and clean and disinfect the work surface.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a relatively clean indoor environment, away from doors and windows and areas where people move frequently.
• Regularly check and clean or replace the pre-Filter to maintain the service life and filtrate effect of the high-efficiency Filter.
• When operating, it is necessary to minimize rapid movement and large movements in the working area to avoid damaging the laminar flow.
• It is forbidden to store items unrelated to the experiment in the working area of the equipment.
• When cleaning the countertop, use appropriate disinfectants and avoid the use of highly corrosive chemicals.
• Noise during equipment operation (≤ 62dB (A)), which is a normal phenomenon.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment by themselves.
