Overview
The AIRTECH VD-650-U Desktop Clean Bench is a lightweight and compact single person single-sided operating device that provides ISO 5 (US LIANBANG 209E Class 100) high cleanliness working environment. It features a streamlined design with a work area size of 615 * 495 * 500mm, suitable for experimental or production operations with strict cleanliness requirements.
Features
1. Lightweight, compact and compact design.
2. Embedded Tempered Glass is used on both sides for easy observation.
3. The work surface is made of integrally formed stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean.
4. Cold rolled steel plate with ivory white electrostatic powder lame plating, corrosion resistance, can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria on the surface of the cabinet.
5. The streamlined and luxurious machine shape minimizes airflow disturbance in the working area.
6. User-friendly pre-Filter quick replacement and cleaning design, easy to operate.
7. Each product is factory tested according to industry standards and meets various equipment safety requirements.
Principle
The Clean Bench sucks the air through the built-in fan, and after the pre-Filter is initially filtrated, it is efficiently purified by the high-efficiency Filter to form a vertical or horizontal unidirectional flow (laminar flow) of clean air, which is continuously blown through the working area to maintain the high cleanliness of the working area environment and prevent the sample from being contaminated.
Applications
Biological experiments, pharmaceutical research and development, electronic assembly, precision instrument assembly
Standards
ISO 5, LIANBANG 209E 100
Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Start the equipment to make the fan run.
3. Adjust the wind speed as required.
4. Conduct experiments or operations in the work area.
5. After use, turn off the power of the device.
Notice
• Make sure the equipment is well grounded before use.
• Regularly check and clean or replace the Pre-Filter to maintain filtrate efficiency.
• When operating, try to minimize rapid movement in the working area to avoid disturbing the airflow.
• When cleaning the countertop, use a suitable cleaner to avoid corrosion of the stainless steel surface.
• When the equipment is running, do not block incoming and outgoing trends.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment by themselves.
