Overview
DLSB-2500 chilled down water circulation pump is produced by GREATWALL. It is a equipment used to provide constant current and constant pressure circulating chilled down water, which is designed to meet the requirements of various instruments and equipment for low temperature conditions. It can provide a stable cold source for a variety of precision instruments and experimental equipment, and supports the cooling of multiple equipment at the same time.

Principle
The device cools the circulating water in the liquid storage tank through the built-in refrigeration system (using R22 refrigerant), and uses a circulating pump (Power 550W) to transport the cooled thermostatic constant pressure water to the external joint equipment to provide it with the required low temperature environment. The system precisely adjusts the temperature through the PID controller and is protected by Flow rate monitoring.

Steps
Place the device under allowable environmental conditions (temperature 5~ 25 ° C, relative humidity ≤ 70%) and connect the power supply (220V, 50Hz).
2. Connect to the equipment line to be chilled down through the external circulation interface (threaded connection: 1 ").
3. Add an appropriate amount of circulating medium to the liquid storage tank.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature (Temperature range 10~ 25 ℃) and Flow rate through the Control system.
5. Start the refrigeration and circulation pump, and the equipment starts to work, providing thermostatic chilling down water for external equipment.
6. After use, turn off the device in sequence.

• Please ensure that the device operates at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 25 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 70%).
• Power supply voltage is 220V, 50Hz before use.
• Note that the size of the external circulation interface of the equipment is 1 "threaded connection, please ensure that the pipeline matches.
The equipment has safety protection functions such as delay, leakage, overcurrent, and overheating, but it still needs to be checked regularly.
• Pay attention to the maximum Flow rate (8~ 58L/min) and maximum pressure (1.7~ 3.6bar) range of the circulating pump to avoid exceeding the limit.
