Overview
DLSB-3500 chilled down water circulation pump is a equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used to provide constant current and constant pressure circulating chilled down water for various instruments and equipment to meet the requirements of low temperature Operating Conditions. It can be used in combination with a variety of precision instruments and provide cold sources for multiple Rotary evaporators, Reaction Kettles, etc.
Features

Principle
The device cools the water in the liquid storage tank through the built-in refrigeration system (using R134a refrigerant), and uses a circulation pump to transport the chilled down water to the external equipment that needs to be chilled down at a constant Flow rate and pressure. After taking away the heat, it is returned to the liquid storage tank to chill down again to form a cycle. The PID temperature Control system ensures that the water temperature is stable within the set range.

Steps
Place the device under allowable environmental conditions (temperature 5~ 25 ° C, Humidity ≤ 70%) and connect the power supply (220V, 50Hz).
2. Add enough chilling down medium to the reservoir.
3. Use the threaded interface (1 ") to connect the external circulation line.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature (range 10~ 25 ° C) and Flow rate through the control panel.
5. Start the device and observe the temperature and water flow status on the LCD screen to ensure normal operation.

• Please ensure that the device operates at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 25 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 70%).
• Before use, check whether the Power supply voltage is 220V/50Hz and ensure good grounding.
• Pay attention to the safety protection functions of the equipment, including delay, leakage, overcurrent and overheat protection.
• Regularly check the circulating water Flow rate to avoid triggering an alarm or affecting the chilling down effect due to insufficient Flow rate.
