Overview
DLSB-4500 chill down water circulation pump is produced by GREATWALL. It is a device used to provide constant current and constant pressure circulating chill down water for various instruments and equipment to meet the requirements of low temperature conditions. It can be used in combination with a variety of precision instruments and provide cold sources for multiple Rotary evaporators, Reaction Kettles, etc.
Features

Principle
The equipment cools the circulating water in the liquid storage tank through the built-in refrigeration system (using R22 refrigerant), and pumps the thermostatic chilled down water to the external equipment that needs to be chilled down at a constant Flow rate and pressure through the circulation pump. The system uses the PID algorithm to precisely control the water temperature, and monitors the Flow rate in real time through the Sensor, triggering an alarm protection when the Flow rate is insufficient.

Steps
Place the device under allowable environmental conditions (temperature 5~ 25 ° C, relative humidity ≤ 70%) and connect the power supply (220V, 50Hz).
2. Connect the equipment pipeline that needs to be chilled down through the external circulation interface (threaded connection: 1 ", opening dimensions: φ 140mm).
3. Inject an appropriate amount of chilled down medium into the reservoir.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature (Temperature range 10~ 25 ℃) and Flow rate (Pump maximum Flow rate 8~ 58L/min) through the Control system.
5. Start the refrigeration and circulation pump, and the equipment starts to work, providing thermostatic chilling down water for external equipment.
6. After use, turn off the equipment according to the prescribed procedures.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature of equipment should be between 5~ 25 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 70%.
• Power supply voltage is 220V, 50Hz, and has corresponding safety protection (such as delay, leakage, overcurrent, overheating protection).
• Pay attention to the maximum Flow rate and pressure parameters of the circulating pump (maximum Flow rate 58L/min, maximum pressure 3.6bar) to avoid exceeding the limit.
• The equipment has the function of Flow rate alarm. When the alarm is triggered, check whether the circulating water path is smooth in time.
• Device weight up to 120kg, handling and installation should pay attention to safety.
• The refrigerant is R22, and maintenance requires professional operation.
