DLSB-20000 chilled down water circulation pump is produced by GREATWALL. It is a large-scale refrigeration equipment specially designed to provide constant current and constant pressure circulating chilled down water for instruments and equipment to meet the requirements of low temperature conditions. Its liquid storage tank volume is 300L, Temperature range is 10~ 25 ℃, Temperature Stability can reach +/- 2 ℃, suitable for laboratory and industrial environments that require precise control of chilled down water temperature and Flow rate.

Principle
The device chills down the circulating water in the liquid storage tank through the built-in refrigeration system (using R22 refrigerant), and pumps the thermostatic chilled down water to the external cooling equipment in a constant current and constant pressure manner through a high-power circulation pump (maximum Flow rate 116L/min, maximum pressure 2.8bar). The chilled down water is returned to the liquid storage tank after the external equipment completes heat exchange to form a closed circulating chill down circuit, and the PID temperature control system monitors and precisely adjusts the water temperature in real time.

Steps
1. Place the device at a Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 25 ° C), relative humidity ≤ 70%, and ensure that the power supply is 3-phase 380V/50Hz.
2. Connect the external circulation line through the φ 400mm opening above the device or the 1 "threaded interface on the side.
3. Inject a sufficient amount of chilled down medium into the reservoir.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required water temperature (10~ 25 ° C) and Flow rate through the Control system.
5. Start the equipment, observe the temperature and running status on the LCD screen, and confirm that the circulating pump is working normally and the Flow rate is up to standard.
6. During the operation of the equipment, the water temperature and Flow rate can be adjusted as needed.
7. After use, turn off the device according to the procedures.
Notice
● Ambient Temperature of the equipment should be between 5 and 25 ℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 70%.
● The specified 3-phase 380V/50Hz power supply must be used, and the power of the whole machine is 7900W. It is necessary to ensure that the power supply line meets the requirements.
● When installing, you need to reserve enough space. The space occupied by the refrigeration host is 970 * 1340 * 1680mm, and the weight of the whole machine is 400kg. It is necessary to ensure that the ground bears weight.
● Note that the size of the external circulation interface is 1 "threaded connection, which needs to be matched when connecting the pipeline.
● The equipment has the function of Flow rate alarm. If the alarm is triggered during operation, it should be checked in time whether the circulation pipeline is blocked or leaking.
Regularly check the refrigerant status and system pressure to ensure the effectiveness of safety devices.
