Overview
LS180 Solar Film Tester is a High Accuracy desktop display test instrument of LINSHANG brand, which is mainly used for Optical Property detection of automotive solar film. The instrument can simultaneously test visible light transmittance, ultraviolet blocking rate and infrared blocking rate, and adopts a parallel light path design to ensure that the data is equally accurate when testing large thickness samples such as film Glass.

Principle
The test principle of the LS180 solar film tester is to use an ultraviolet light source, a visible Illuminant and an Infrared source to illuminate the transparent substance to be measured. The sensor detects the incident ray intensity of the three Illuminants and the Light intensity after passing through the measured substance, respectively. The ratio of the incident ray intensity to the incident ray intensity is the transmittance, expressed as a percentage. For solar films, visible light is usually marked with the transmittance index, while infrared and ultraviolet are marked with the barrier rate index, and the barrier rate = 100% - transmittance.

Steps
1. Automatic calibration of the instrument.
2. Put the test object (such as solar film or film Glass) into the test slot.
3. The instrument immediately displays the three test results of visible light transmittance, ultraviolet blocking rate, and infrared blocking rate simultaneously.

• The instrument is powered by 5V AC/DC power supply, and can also be powered by a mobile power supply (optional).
• The size of the test slot is 47mm wide x 91mm deep, please ensure that the size of the tested object is suitable.
• This model (LS180) has an infrared peak wavelength of 1400nm and a High Accuracy design. It is recommended to test films with good reflection performance such as metal films and ceramic nano-films.
• Measurement accuracy of +/- 2% and resolution of 0.1%.
