Overview
DLSB-45000 chill down water circulation pump is a equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used to provide constant current and constant pressure circulating chill down water for various instruments and equipment to meet their low temperature operating conditions. The equipment has a liquid storage tank volume of 200L, a Temperature range of 10~ 25 ℃, a Temperature Stability of +/- 2 ℃, and a cooling capacity (at 10 ℃) of up to 45kW.

Principle
The chilled down water circulation pump chills down the water in the liquid storage tank through the built-in refrigeration system (using R22 refrigerant), and pumps the chilled down water to a constant Flow rate and pressure (maximum Flow rate 83~ 183L/min, maximum pressure 2.1~ 3.0bar) through the circulation pump (Power 1.1kW) to the external equipment that needs to be chilled down. The chilled down water takes away the heat of the equipment and then flows back to the liquid storage tank. After being chilled down again, it is recycled to maintain the water temperature stability through the PID Temperature Control system. Its Water-Cooled condenser (shell and tube type) requires external chilled down water (Flow rate 15m ³/h, temperature ≤ 33 ° C) for heat dissipation.
