Overview
The LS162A Portable solar film tester is a three-display solar film tester with an infrared center wavelength of 1400nm, suitable for testing automotive films with better reflection performance. The instrument can directly test the light transmitance, ultraviolet blocking rate and infrared blocking rate of solar films. Its small size, easy to carry, is a real pocket product.
Features
1. The test notch reaches 8mm, and the film Glass can be directly tested.
2. Set UV barrier rate meter, infrared barrier rate meter, visible light transmittance meter (light transmitance meter) three in one.
3. The operation is simple and the measurement is fast. Just put the tested object into the test slot to display the three test results at the same time.
4. Suitable for solar film, film Glass performance display exhibition, as well as production, Quality control, inspection and other occasions.
5. Compact, battery-powered, with ultra-low power consumption.
Principle
The LS162A Portable solar film tester irradiates the tested sample through the built-in specific wavelength Illuminant (UV peak wavelength 365nm, visible peak wavelength 380~ 760nm, infrared peak wavelength 1400nm), and uses the Sensor to receive the light signal that penetrates the sample. The visible light transmitance, ultraviolet blocking rate and infrared blocking rate of the sample are calculated. The measurement process is fast, and the results are displayed at the same time.
Applications
Solar film performance exhibition, Glass performance exhibition, Solar film production, Solar film Quality control, Solar film inspection
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power.
2. Put the solar film or film Glass sample to be tested into the test slot of the instrument.
3. The instrument will automatically measure and display the results of visible light transmitance, ultraviolet blocking rate and infrared blocking rate at the same time.
Notice
• This model (LS162A) has an infrared wavelength of 1400nm, which is recommended for testing films with good reflection performance such as metal films and ceramic nano films.
The thickness of the object to be measured should be less than 8mm.
• The instrument is powered by 4 AAA alkaline dry batteries.
• Measurement accuracy of +/- 2%.
Do not use the instrument beyond its specifications.
