Overview
LS110A split solar film tester is a test instrument that can test the light transmitance, infrared barrier rate and ultraviolet barrier rate of the front barrier film of the automobile. The instrument consists of two parts: the main machine and the auxiliary machine. The main machine functions as measurement and display, and the auxiliary machine functions as measurement Illuminant and alignment laser. It adopts wireless split design to test the front gear Glass of the automobile, architectural Glass, etc.

Principle
The instrument performs measurement and data display through the host, and the auxiliary machine provides measurement Illuminant and laser alignment functions. During measurement, the main and auxiliary machines need to be accurately aligned to detect the transmittance or barrier rate of 550nm visible light, 365nm ultraviolet light and 950nm infrared light respectively.

Steps
1. Ensure that the main and auxiliary batteries are fully charged
2. Place the main and auxiliary machines on both sides of the Glass to be tested

4. Start the measurement, the host displays the light transmitance, infrared blocking rate and ultraviolet blocking rate data
