Overview
CHS-50A overhead electronic Stirrer is a laboratory equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is suitable for mixing and stirring materials in the laboratory, especially for stirring medium and below viscous materials.
Features
1. The analog input signal mode is adopted, and the speed regulation mode is scale stepless speed regulation.
2. Rotation speed up to 3000rpm, Rotation speed lifting process smoothly.
3. Impeller height adjustable, Impeller card head for anti-corrosion treatment.
4. Equipped with motor overheating protection and overcurrent protection functions.
5. Max. Torque is 85N.cm, the maximum allowable diameter of Impeller shaft is 8mm.
Principle
The device drives the Impeller shaft swirl/spin through the motor to mix and stir the materials in the container. The user adjusts the analog input signal through the scale stepless speed control knob, thereby controlling the Rotation speed of the motor to achieve smooth speed regulation from 0 to 3000rpm to adapt to the mixing requirements of materials of different viscosities.

Steps
1. Install and adjust the height of the Impeller according to the mixing vessel and material characteristics.
2. Install the Impeller shaft (up to 8mm in diameter) on the corrosion-treated card head.
3. Connect the 220~ 240V 50/60Hz power supply.
4. Through the swirl/spin scale stepless speed knob, slowly adjust from low speed to the desired Rotation speed.
5. After stirring, first adjust the Rotation speed to the lowest level, then turn off the power, remove the Impeller and clean it.
Notice
• This equipment is suitable for mixing medium and below viscous materials with a maximum viscosity of 10000mPa · s, and the mixing Processing capacity is recommended not to exceed 10L.
• Ambient Temperature should be between 0 and 40 ℃, relative humidity should be less than 80%.
When starting, you should start at a low speed and increase the speed slowly to avoid sudden high-speed start.
• Note that the equipment is equipped with overheating and overcurrent protection. If the protection function is activated, it should be stopped to check the cause.
• Do not exceed the maximum allowable torque (85N.cm) and maximum Rotation speed to avoid damage to the equipment.
When cleaning, please pay attention to power failure and avoid liquids from entering the equipment.
