CMS-20A heating Magnetic Stirrer is a laboratory equipment produced by GREATWALL for the mixing and stirring process of materials. The equipment integrates heating and stirring functions, and is designed with ceramic panels and metal shells to meet the diverse needs of laboratories.

Principle
The device generates a swirl/spin magnetic field through the magnetic drive at the bottom, which drives the magnetic stirrer in the container to synchronize the swirl/spin, so as to realize the stirring of the liquid. At the same time, the built-in heating module of the device can heat the container, and the heating power and stirring Rotation speed can be precisely adjusted through the PWM pulse width controller.
Applications
Mixing and mixing laboratory materials
Steps
1. Place the device on a smooth, drying countertop and connect the power supply.
2. Select the appropriate stirrer according to the size of the container and put it into the liquid to be stirred.
3. Place the container in the center of the ceramic panel of the device.
4. If heating is required, set the target temperature.
5. Start the stirring function and adjust to the required Rotation speed.
6. After use, turn off the heating and stirring functions, unplug the power supply, and clean the panel after the equipment is chilled down.
Notice
• Please ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is between RT + 5 and 50 ° C, and the Humidity does not exceed 0.85.
• Before use, please check whether the Power supply voltage is 220V~ 240V, 50/60Hz.
• Panel temperature is very high when heating, do not touch and keep away from flammable materials.
• Please use a corrosion-resistant container and make sure the size of the stirrer is appropriate (standard 3cm, maximum usable 5cm).
• When cleaning, wait until the equipment is completely chilled down and wipe with a soft cloth.
The equipment is heavy, please pay attention to safety when moving.
