Overview
CMS-20D digital heating Magnetic Stirrer is a laboratory equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is suitable for the mixing and stirring reaction process of materials. The equipment adopts a closed-loop Control system, has heating and stirring functions, and has overheating and overcurrent protection functions.
Features
1. Closed-loop Control system, strong anti-interference, good temperature control effect.
2. The heating and stirring functions can be selected according to needs.
3. It has overheating and overcurrent protection functions.
4. The heating plate is heated evenly, and the temperature difference does not exceed 10%.
Principle
The device drives the stirrer swirl/spin through magnetic coupling to realize the mixing of materials. At the same time, its heating plate provides a heat source, and the temperature is precisely controlled through a closed-loop Control system to ensure the stability of the reaction process.
Applications
Laboratory material mixing and stirring reaction
Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to the power supply.
2. Place the container containing the material in the center of the work plate as required.
3. Put in the appropriate stirrer.
4. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed, temperature and timing time through the control panel.
5. Start the stirring and/or heating function and start working.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply and clean up after the equipment is chilled down.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed on a smooth, well-ventilated countertop for use.
• Before connecting the power supply, please confirm that the Power supply voltage matches the equipment requirements (220V~ 240V, 50/60Hz).
• Do not touch the heating plate during operation to prevent burns.
• Do not place containers exceeding Max. stirring Capacity (20L) on the device.
Equipment has overheating and overcurrent protection functions, but it should still be avoided from overloading for a long time.
• Always disconnect the power before cleaning and wait for the equipment to chill down completely.
• Please use a soft damp cloth to clean the shell and work plate, and avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
