Overview
The LINSHANG SK1150 solar film insulation demonstrator, also known as the thermal insulation film test booth, is mainly used for the thermal insulation performance test of solar film, thermal insulation film and energy-saving Glass. The instrument uses Philips 150W Infrared source to simulate sunlight exposure, which can intuitively show the heat barrier effect of solar film or thermal insulation Glass, which is convenient to experience the different performance of different grades of products. The kit is composed of a variety of instruments and is equipped with a special aluminum case for easy portability.
Features
1. Adopt high-grade Organic Glass booth, scientific storage parts, Appearance professional and clean.
2. Adopt genuine Philips 150W infrared lamp to imitate sunlight and experience the heat barrier effect intuitively.
3. Standard 375nm ultraviolet flashlight (optional 395nm), simulating solar ultraviolet rays.
4. Equipped with LS123 UV Power Meter, the UV blocking rate of the sample can be calculated.
5. Light intensity magic mirror, through the blade swirl/spin speed intuitive reflection of light intensity and heat insulation effect.
6. Equipped with LS122 Infrared Power Meter, the infrared blocking rate of the sample can be calculated.
7. The thermal insulation effect can be obtained either by numerical calculation or by directly sensing temperature changes with both hands.
8. Equipped with a special aluminum case for easy portability.
Principle
The instrument generates high heat through the Philips 150W Infrared source to simulate the irradiation of sunlight. During the test, infrared light and ultraviolet light are respectively irradiated on the sample to be tested (such as solar film, thermal insulation Glass). By comparing the energy data received by the infrared Power meter and the ultraviolet Power meter before and after placing the sample, the barrier rate of the sample to infrared and ultraviolet rays can be calculated. At the same time, the swirl/spin speed of the blade of the Light Intensity Magic Mirror will change with the intensity of the light rays, intuitively showing the thermal insulation effect, and users can directly feel the temperature difference with their hands.
Applications
Thermal insulation performance test and display of solar film, thermal insulation film and energy-saving Glass
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument and start the infrared light and ultraviolet flashlight.
2. Place the sample to be tested (e.g. solar film, film Glass) between the Illuminant and the test instrument.
3. Use the LS122 infrared Power meter and the LS123 ultraviolet Power meter to record the energy data before and after placing the sample, respectively.
4. Calculate the infrared and ultraviolet blocking rates of the sample based on the recorded data.
5. Observe the swirl/spin speed of the Light intensity magic mirror blades before and after sample blocking.
6. You can directly feel the temperature difference before and after sample blocking with your hands to experience the heat insulation effect.
Notice
• Pay attention to high temperature when using infrared lamps to avoid burns.
• Do not look directly at the UV flashlight Illuminant to avoid UV damage to the eyes.
• When operating the instrument, make sure the sample is placed firmly.
• When the instrument is not in use, please properly store it in a special aluminum case.
• Please operate each test instrument according to the instructions.
