CMS-30A heating Magnetic Stirrer is a laboratory equipment produced by GREATWALL, suitable for the mixing and stirring process of materials. It is designed with a metal shell and ceramic panel, and has independent heating and stirring functions. The heating temperature can reach up to 380 ° C, and the Max. stirring Capacity is 20L.

Principle
The device generates a swirl/spin magnetic field through the magnetic drive device at the bottom, which drives the magnetic stirrer in the container to synchronize the swirl/spin, so as to realize the stirring and mixing of the liquid. At the same time, the built-in heating element heats the working panel, conducts heat to the container, realizes the heating of the material, and its temperature is precisely adjusted by the PWM controller.

Steps
1. Place the device on a smooth, ventilated countertop and connect the power supply.
2. According to the experimental requirements, choose whether to turn on the heating function and set the target temperature.
3. Place the container containing the material and the appropriate stirrer in the center of the working panel.
4. Turn on the stirring function and adjust it to the desired Rotation speed through the knob.
5. After the experiment, turn off the stirring and heating functions in turn, and disconnect the power supply after the equipment is chilled down.
Notice
• Power supply voltage and equipment Rated voltage (220V~ 240V) match.
When the equipment is working, the temperature of the working plate and container may be very high. Do not touch it directly to prevent burns.
Do not use this equipment in humid or flammable environments.
• When cleaning the panel, allow it to chill down completely and wipe with a soft cloth.
• Do not exceed Max. stirring Capacity (20L) to avoid damage to the equipment or affect the mixing effect.
• If not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and store it properly.
