Overview
LS108A lens transmittance tester is a professional measuring instrument for testing IR inks on mobile phone covers. The instrument is mainly used to test 550nm visible light transmitance and 850nm and 940nm infrared transmittance. The test aperture is 1mm, which is suitable for mobile phone covers with IR holes larger than 1mm. The instrument comes standard with an L-shaped bracket, which is convenient for online batch detection. It has the characteristics of simple operation and fast measurement.
Features
1. The three test holes are equipped with alignment indicator LEDs, which are convenient for aligning with the holes of the mobile phone lenses during testing.
2. Instrument with Real-time Dynamic Self-Adjustment, Automatic calibration to 100% transmittance after startup.
3. The minimum test object size is φ 1mm, which can measure the IR hole of the mobile phone with an aperture greater than 1mm.
4. Stainless steel Benchtop design, Appearance exquisite, easy to place the test object, easy to operate.
5. Glue and fix the lens positioning on the stainless steel countertop to facilitate the production of online lens batch testing.
6. All Illuminants are screened by Light spectrum instrument to ensure accurate test wavelength. Each instrument is tested with standard film before leaving the factory to ensure accuracy and conformity.
7. With 5V power supply, it can be connected to a mobile power supply for direct use.
8. The instrument is equipped with a USB interface and a computer-side software, which can realize real-time data display, upper and lower limit setting, test data statistics (qualified number, unqualified number, total number), qualified judgment, limit alarm and data export.
Principle
The instrument irradiates the IR hole of the tested lens through the built-in specific wavelength Illuminant (visible light 550nm, infrared 850nm and 940nm), and detects the transmitted light intensity to calculate the transmittance of the corresponding wavelength. The instrument has real-time dynamic self-Adjustment to ensure the accuracy of the measurement reference.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (5V AC/DC power supply or mobile power supply) and turn it on, the instrument will automatically calibration to 100% transmittance.
2. Place the lens of the mobile phone under test on the positioning sheet on the instrument table to ensure that the IR hole is aligned with the test hole (alignment can be assisted by the alignment indicator LED).
3. For measurement, the instrument will display transmittance values at 550nm, 850nm and 940nm.
4. (Optional) Connect the computer via USB and use the supporting software for data monitoring, setting, statistics and export.
Notice
Please ensure that the IR hole diameter of the test lens is larger than the 1mm test hole diameter of the instrument.
* Please confirm that the instrument has been turned on and self-calibrated before use.
* Keep the test hole and lens positioning piece clean to avoid dust affecting the Measurement accuracy.

* The power supply of the instrument is 5V, please do not use the non-standard Power Adapter.
