Overview
The LS108H Optical inspection transmittance measurement instrument is a Benchtop Optical inspection transmittance instrument, which is mainly used for light transmitance, infrared and ultraviolet transmittance measurement of small-sized materials such as organic materials, Glass, PC materials, etc. The instrument adopts a flat Benchtop design with a test aperture of 3mm. It is easy to operate and can be measured immediately. The test is fast and accurate. As an upgrade product of the LS108, the LS108H has improved the power supply method and optical path design for better performance.

Principle
The LS108H Optical inspection transmittance measurement instrument adopts a parallel light path design. The rays of light emitted by the Illuminant are parallel beams of light, which can penetrate the tested sample. The built-in Sensor of the instrument detects the intensities of ultraviolet (peak 365nm), visible (full-band 380~ 760nm) and infrared (peak 940nm) of specific wavelengths, respectively. The corresponding transmittance values are obtained by calculating the intensity change of the ray of light before and after passing through the sample. The parallel light design avoids the measurement deviation caused by the refraction of the ray of light in the sample, ensuring the accuracy of the test results of materials with different thicknesses.

Steps
1. Connect the instrument to a 5V power supply (mobile power can be used).
2. Place the sample to be tested on the test bench of the instrument.
Make sure that the sample fully covers the 3mm test aperture.
4. The instrument automatically measures and displays the transmittance values of visible light, ultraviolet light and infrared light.
Notice
• The size of the object to be measured must be greater than φ 3mm.
• Measurement accuracy of +/- 2% and resolution of 0.1%.
• Ensure that the surface of the sample is clean and completely covers the test aperture without obstruction.
• Use the specified 5V power supply to ensure voltage stability.
• The size of the instrument host is 200 * 180 * 106mm and the weight is about 1500g. Please place it properly.
