Overview
The LT-100-80 ultra-low temperature circulating chill down device is a device produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used to provide ultra-low temperature circulating chill down liquid for cooling equipment to meet the requirements of low temperature reaction conditions. The device can be used with 20L, 50L, 100L and other Reaction Kettles to chill the material in the Reaction Kettle down to -70 ℃, -80 ℃, -100 ℃.

Principle
The equipment generates cooling capacity through its refrigeration system (using imported Compressors and other components and environmentally friendly without fluorine refrigerants), and transfers the cooling capacity to the circulating medium in the liquid storage tank through heat exchange by a fully brazed plate evaporator. The closed circulation system continuously pumps the chilled down liquid to external cooling equipment (such as Reaction Kettle) through a special circulation pump for low temperature resistance, taking away the heat and then flowing back, so as to achieve the purpose of providing ultra-low temperature circulating chilled down liquid for external equipment.
