Overview
MP-301E diaphragm vacuum pump is a laboratory vacuum equipment produced by GREATWALL. The pump and the gas contact parts are made of PTFE material, which has excellent chemical corrosion resistance. It can replace the traditional circulating water or rotary vane vacuum pump. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, easy movement, no consumption of water resources, environmental protection and cleanliness.

Principle
The product is a diaphragm vacuum pump, which drives the eccentric wheel through the motor to drive the diaphragm to reciprocate and change the volume of the pump chamber, so as to realize the suction and discharge of gas and form a vacuum.

Steps
1. Place the equipment on a stable and well-ventilated workbench.
2. Connect the power supply (220V/50Hz).
3. Connect the device that needs to be vacuumed to the air inlet of the pump through a suitable pipeline (diameter φ 7mm).
4. Turn on the power switch and start the vacuum pump.
5. After use, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power supply.
6. Disconnect from the pumped container.

• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (220V/50Hz).
• Please check whether the pipeline connection is firm and sealing before use.
• Do not use in environments with flammable, explosive or corrosive gases exceeding the standard.
• The pump body is working at a low temperature, but it is still necessary to pay attention to ventilating heat dissipation.
