Overview
LS130UV energy meter is an instrument that can simultaneously detect Illuminant intensity and energy, dedicated to the measurement of high voltage mercury lamps. The instrument has rich statistical functions, which can display real-time power value, power MAX Maximum, energy value and measurement time at the same time. After connecting to the special computer software, it can realize data reading, generate data Linear dispersion, export UV power data to EXCEL and generate reports. Wide range of applications, including optoelectronic products, furniture and wood, Hardware, printing silk screen, etc.
Features
1. High accuracy, passed and obtained the test certificate of many trusted testing agencies.
2. Intelligent UV energy meter can simultaneously detect UV intensity and energy, statistical power real-time value, power MAX Maximum, energy value and measurement time, and accurately understand UV curing time through measurement time.
3. With power Linear dispersion display function, Illuminant intensity distribution is analyzed by power Linear dispersion diagram.
4. The sampling speed is 2048 times/second, high-speed acquisition ensures more accurate measurement, and the front Probe is designed for easy data reading.
5. The stored data is not lost when powered off, and the last test data is automatically displayed when powered on, and the test data needs to be manually deleted.
6. Using metal shell, high temperature design, can run in 100 degrees Celsius environment for a long time.
7. The instrument comes with a USB interface, which can be connected to the computer through USB to read detailed test data and print test reports.
Principle
The LS130UV energy meter detects Illuminant through the front Probe, and makes measurements in the Light spectrum range of 315nm~ 400nm (peak 365nm). The instrument collects data at high speed at a sampling speed of 2048 times/second to ensure measurement accuracy. It detects both UV intensity (power) and energy, and calculates real-time power values, MAX Maximum, energy values and measurement duration through internal processing, and stores the data. After connecting to the computer, the software can read the data, generate Linear dispersion and reports.
Applications
Photoelectric products industry, Furniture wood industry, Hardware industry, Printing industry
Standards
Passed and obtained testing certificates from multiple trusted testing agencies
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power (use 4 AAA alkaline dry batteries).
2. Align the front Probe with the Illuminant to be measured for measurement.
3. The instrument automatically displays the power real-time value, power MAX Maximum, energy value and measurement time.
4. Connect to the computer through the USB interface, use special software to read data, generate Linear dispersion or export to EXCEL.
5. If you need to delete the test data, you need to do it manually.
Notice
• The instrument adopts a metal shell and is designed to withstand high temperature, but it needs to avoid long-term operation in an environment exceeding 100 degrees Celsius.
• The stored data is not lost when powered off, the last test data is automatically displayed when powered on, and manual operation is required to delete the data.
• Use 4 AAA alkaline dry batteries as a power source to ensure that the battery is fully charged.
• Make sure the front Probe is properly aligned with the Illuminant during measurement to obtain accurate data.
• Use the built-in USB port when connecting to the computer to ensure software compatibility.
