Overview
The UVC Probe is a professional digital Probe of the LINSHANG LS125 ultraviolet radiation luminometer series. Its Response wavelength is 230nm-280nm and the peak Response wavelength is 254nm. It is specially designed to detect the radiation intensity and energy of high-power UVC band (especially 253.7nm) germicidal lamps. UVC band ultraviolet rays can effectively destroy the DNA/RNA structure of microorganisms, and are widely used in the disinfection and sterilization of air and object surfaces.
Features
1. Large range measurement, Power MAX Maximum can be measured to 200,000 μW/cm ².
2. The instrument can measure energy value and Power value simultaneously.
3. With rich statistical functions, it can display Power value, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Average value, measurement duration and energy value in real time.
4. Three Measurement units (μW/cm ², mW/cm ², W/m ²) can be switched, and the data between units can be automatically converted.
5. Using plug-in digital Probe design, the host intelligently recognizes the Probe model.
Principle
The Probe works on the basis of its Light spectrum Response characteristics, and its Sensor is sensitive to ultraviolet light (especially 254nm) in the 230nm-280nm band. When UVC ultraviolet light is irradiated on the Probe's Sensor, the Sensor converts the optical signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and calculated by the matching host. Finally, the radiated Power density (μW/cm ²) and the accumulated radiated energy (μJ/cm ²) of the ultraviolet light are displayed in digital form.

Steps
Plug the UVC Probe into the LS125 host.
2. The host will automatically recognize the Probe model.
3. Aim the Probe's aperture at the UV light source to be tested.
4. Read the real-time Power value, statistics, and energy value displayed on the host screen.
5. Measurement units (μW/cm ², mW/cm ², W/m ²) can be switched on the host as needed.
Notice
• Probe Light spectrum Response range is 230nm-280nm, please ensure that the UV light source in the corresponding band is detected.
• When using, please align the Probe test hole (diameter 10mm) with the tested Illuminant.
Measurement accuracy of Probe is +/- 10%.
