Overview
The UVA Probe is one of the dedicated Probes for the LS125 UV intensity detector. Its Light spectrum Response range is 315nm-400nm, and the peak wavelength is 365nm. It is specially designed to detect the UV intensity and energy of high voltage mercury lamps (Power range is usually 250W-20KW).
Features
1. Suitable for strength and energy testing of 365nm high voltage mercury lamps.
2. The instrument can measure energy value and Power value simultaneously.
3. With rich statistical functions, Power real-time value, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, average value, measurement time, energy value is displayed at the same time.
4. 2 Measurement units can be switched, respectively mW/cm2, and the data conversion between different units of W/m2 does not require manual calculation.
Principle
As a digital Probe of the LS125 multi-Probe ultraviolet radiation luminometer, the UVA Probe adopts a plug-in design. The host can intelligently identify the Probe model. The Probe detects ultraviolet rays in the 315nm-400nm band at a Sampling rate of 2048 times/second through its specific Light spectrum Response Sensor, and transmits the signal to the host for processing and display.
Applications
UV curing, high voltage mercury lamp intensity and energy testing
Steps
Plug the UVA Probe into the LS125 host.
2. The host will automatically recognize the Probe model.
3. Align the Probe test light hole with the Illuminant to be tested.
4. Select the desired Measurement unit (mW/cm2 or W/m2) on the host.
5. Start measurement, the instrument will display Power value, energy value and related statistics in real time.
Notice
• Probe Light spectrum Response range is 315nm-400nm, peak 365nm, please make sure to use it under applicable Illuminant.
• Measurement accuracy is +/- 10%, please pay attention to the measurement error range.
• The diameter of the test hole is 10mm, and the measurement needs to be aligned with the center area of the Illuminant.
• Sensor size is 39 * 32 * 15mm, please pay attention to avoid physical collision when using and storing.
• The Probe is used with the LS125 host, please ensure that the host is compatible.
