Overview
The UVA LED Probe is a special Probe in the LS125 ultraviolet radiation luminometer series, specially designed for the detection of LED curing Illuminant. Its Light spectrum Response range is 340nm-420nm, and the peak wavelength is 395nm. It is suitable for the measurement of the intensity and energy of UVA LED surface Illuminant. Compared with the traditional mercury lamp curing method, LED Illuminant has the advantages of long life, cold Illuminant, no heat radiation, high energy and environment friendly.
Features
1. The instrument can measure energy value and Power value simultaneously.
2. With rich statistical functions, it can display Power real-time value, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, average value, measurement duration and energy value at the same time.
3. Three Measurement units (mW/cm ², W/cm ², W/m ²) can be switched, and no manual calculation is required for data conversion between units.
4. Using digital Probe and plug-in design, one host can match a variety of Probe, and the instrument can intelligently identify the Probe model.
Principle
As the sensor component of the LS125 ultraviolet radiation luminometer, the core of the Probe is a photosensitive element with a Light spectrum Response range of 340nm-420nm. When the UVA LED Illuminant is irradiated on the Probe's Sensor, the Sensor converts the received ultraviolet light signal into an electrical signal, and the host calculates and displays the corresponding radiation illuminance (Power) and accumulated radiation energy in real time by processing the signal.
Applications
UV curing, UVA LED surface Illuminant strength and energy testing
Steps
Plug the UVA LED Probe into the LS125 mainframe.
2. Turn on the host, and the instrument will automatically identify the Probe model.
3. Align the Probe's test light hole with the UVA LED Illuminant to be tested.
4. Select the desired Measurement unit (e.g. mW/cm ²) on the host.
5. Start measurement, the host screen will display Power value, energy value and related statistics in real time.
6. After the measurement, read or record the data.
Notice
• Probe Light spectrum Response range is 340nm-420nm, calibrated to 395nm LED Illuminant, make sure to match the Light source type.
• When measuring, make sure that the test aperture (diameter 10mm) is fully aligned and covers the Illuminant area under test.
• Pay attention to the Power Measurement range of Probe (0~ 20000 mW/cm ²) to avoid excessive range use.
Measurement accuracy of +/- 10%, please pay attention to this error range when High Accuracy is required.
• Probe Sensors Please avoid physical impact, pollution and contact with corrosion substances.
