Overview
The LS126A UV Irradiometer is a dedicated instrument for UV intensity and energy measurement in the UVA band (340nm-420nm), especially for monitoring the attenuation of UV light sources such as UV LEDs. It uses an ultra-small Probe design with a width of only 7.2mm, which is convenient for measurement in tight spaces that conventional Probes cannot enter.
Features
1. The instrument Probe adopts an ultra-small size design and can measure the narrowest width of 7.2mm.
High-speed acquisition, 2048 samples per second, can accurately calculate ultraviolet energy.
3. Data statistics function, the interface directly displays MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, average value, and measurement time.
4. Suitable for UV LED Illuminant UV curing machine UV energy, intensity detection.
Principle
The instrument receives ultraviolet light in the UVA band (340nm-420nm) through the ultra-small Probe, high-speed sampling (2048 times per second) measurement of ultraviolet intensity and energy, and accurate calculations based on Light spectrum Response calibrated to 395nm LED Illuminant, real-time display and statistics.
Applications
UV curing, exposure and other industries
Standards
Instrument calibrated to 395nm LED Illuminant
Steps
1. Install 4 AAA alkaline dry batteries.
2. Place the Probe in the area of the UV light source to be tested.
3. Turn on the instrument and select the unit (default mW/cm ², optional W/cm ², W/m ²).
4. Start measurement, the instrument automatically collects data and displays intensity, energy and statistical information (MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Average, measurement duration).
5. Record or analyze measurement results.
Notice
• Instrument calibrated to 395nm LED Illuminant, ensuring that the Operating Environment meets the Light spectrum Response Range (340nm-420nm).
• Avoid prolonged exposure of Probe to high intensity UV offline to prevent damage.
• Check the battery level before use to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Probe cable is 0.8 meters long, pay attention to avoid pulling the damaged cable.
• Make sure the Probe aperture (diameter 3mm) is aligned with the Illuminant during measurement to avoid occlusion.
