Overview
HRP-T1000-NH3 ammonia gas detector is a gas detection equipment without display and no light. It adopts catalytic combustion Sensor and Electrochemical sensor technology imported from the United States, which has the advantages of stable signal and high accuracy. The instrument shell adopts cast aluminum one-time molding explosion-proof and explosion-proof design, which is suitable for flammable and explosive gas leakage places and toxic and harmful chemical factory areas. The wiring method is suitable for various dangerous places.
Features
1. Alarm record query function
2. Adjustable detection accuracy and range
3. Long Life, High Sensitivity, Low drift, Stable and Reliable
4. Sensor fault self-test, two-level concentration alarm, with relay output function
5. LCD or digital tube gas concentration digital display and working status display
6. With temperature compensation, automatic zero correction function
7.4~ 20mA standard Analog Output and RS485 digital output, can be uploaded to DCS, PLC system
8. Infrared remote control method, the detector can be adjusted without opening the lid, which is safe and convenient
9. Flameproof design suitable for hazardous conditions 1 and 2 zones
Principle
The system provides 24V standard DC voltage to the external transmitter, collects the input signal of the standard 4-20mA transmitter, and analyzes and processes it to complete the digital display and alarm operation.
Applications
Petroleum exploration and production, oil and gas transportation, oil refining, metallurgy, power plants, chemical industry, oil depots, liquefied gas stations, mines, tunnels, tunnels, underground pipelines
Steps
1. Provide DC24V +/- 15% power supply
2. Connection with cables ≥ 1.5mm2 × 3 or ≥ 1.5mm2 × 4
3. Debug the detector by infrared remote control
4. The system collects the input signal of the 4-20mA transmitter
5. Analyze and process the signal to complete the display and alarm operation
