Overview

SY-50-250 closed high temperature circulator is a closed Water-Cooled high temperature circulator produced by GREATWALL using electric Heating mode. It outputs heat transfer fluid through a circulation pump for heating materials in supporting reaction vessels, and is widely used in reactor combination devices that require high temperature conditions.

Features

1. An exhaust valve is provided to facilitate the replenishment of circulating fluid into the equipment. 2. Using oil as heat transfer fluid, the heating device has a long service life. 3. With over-temperature alarm function, overload protection and overcurrent protection function. 4. The temperature control adopts PID mode, and the temperature control accuracy is high. 5. The circulation system is made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion. 6. The heat transfer fluid circulation system is closed, prolonging the service life of the heat transfer fluid. 7. Can inject chilled down water to quickly adjust the temperature of the heat transfer fluid to meet the requirements of the process conditions.

Principle

The equipment adopts electric Heating mode. After heating the heat transfer fluid (oil), the high temperature heat transfer fluid is pumped out through the built-in circulation pump and flows through the external matching reaction vessel jacket or coil, so as to heat the materials in the container. The entire circulation system of the heat transfer fluid is closed, and the temperature of the system can be quickly adjusted by injecting chilled down water.
