Overview

SY-100-250 closed high-temperature circulator is a closed Water-Cooled high-temperature circulator produced by GREATWALL using electric Heating mode. It outputs heat transfer fluid through a circulating pump to provide high-temperature heating conditions for the materials in the supporting reaction vessel, and is widely used in reactor combination devices in chemical, petrochemical and other industries that require high temperature conditions.

Features

Principle

The equipment uses electric Heating mode, the heat transfer fluid (oil) is heated to a set temperature, and then the high temperature heat transfer fluid is pumped out through the built-in circulation pump, and flows through the external matching reaction vessel jacket or coil, so as to heat the material in the container. After heating, the heat transfer fluid is returned to the equipment for re-heating, forming a closed circulation heating system.
