Principle

The instrument works based on the pyrolytic weight principle. During the measurement process, the instrument continuously weighs the sample while the halogen lamp heating unit generates heat to rapidly dry the sample through the water evaporation channel. The instrument monitors and calculates in real time the percentage of water mass (m%) lost by the sample during the drying process and displays it in real time. When the drying procedure is completed, the final measured Moisture content value is locked and displayed.
