Overview
GRF-80 double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is an experimental equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body adopts a double-decked structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range, can be used in the range of high temperature (200 ℃) to low temperature (-80 ℃).
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. A plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber, and an "O" ring with a TFE protective layer.
5. Equipped with adjustable load-bearing feet to prevent slippage during operation.
6. There is a SUS316 material tray at the bottom of the frame, which can recycle materials and avoid environment pollution.
7. Impeller adopts the design of increasing the diameter of the pole and the surface area of the blade, which increases the strength and improves the mixing effect.
Principle
The kettle body of the speed-regulated double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle has two layers: inner and outer. The temperature of the material in the kettle can be adjusted by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state to meet the experimental conditions. By adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle, the uniform dropwise addition of the material can be controlled, and the heat exchange function of the condenser is used for distillation to recover the reaction products.

Steps
1. Pump the kettle to a negative pressure state as needed.
2. Inject a certain temperature of circulating liquid into the interlayer to adjust the temperature of the material in the kettle.
3. Control the uniform dripping of materials by adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle.
4. Use the heat exchange function of the condenser for distillation to recover the reaction products.
Notice
This product can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions. Please pay attention to the pressure range when using it.
● Operating temperature range is -80 ℃ to 200 ℃, do not use beyond this range.
Before use, please ensure that the adjustable load-bearing foot has been adjusted firmly to prevent the equipment from sliding.
● Pay attention to check the sealing of the plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber and the "O" ring.
When operating, please pay attention to the recycling tray at the bottom of the frame and dispose of the recycled materials in a timely manner.
