Overview
SHB-B88 circulating water multi-purpose vacuum pump is a laboratory vacuum equipment produced by GREATWALL. It adopts a three-tap design and can be used alone or in parallel. The shell is made of 304 stainless steel, with Safety protection and Vacuum Level adjustment functions.
Features
1. Three-tap design, can be used alone or in parallel.
2. The pipeline where the two taps are located is equipped with a vacuum regulating valve, which can adjust the Vacuum Level, and is equipped with two Vacuum Level tables displayed separately.
3. The pipeline where the third tap is located cannot be adjusted, and its Vacuum Level is higher than or equal to the vacuum index of the first two channels.
4. The shell is made of 304 stainless steel, which is sturdy and durable.
5. Equipped with safety functions such as check valve and overcurrent protection.
Principle
The device drives the water pump through the motor to circulate the water in the tank. During the circulation process, the water flow generates negative pressure in a specific structure, so that the gas connected to the system is extracted through the air extraction head to achieve the vacuum effect. The Vacuum Level can be controlled by the regulating valve and displayed in real time by the vacuum meter.
Applications
Chemical experiments, biopharmaceuticals, materials research, teaching and research
Standards
The product information does not mention specific compliance standards.
Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to a power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Inject an appropriate amount of clean water into the water tank to the specified water level.
3. Connect the device that needs to be vacuumed to the corresponding air extraction head through a hose.
4. Turn on the power switch to start the device.
5. For the first two taps, the required Vacuum Level can be adjusted through the corresponding vacuum regulating valve of swirl/spin, and observed through the vacuum gauge.
6. After use, turn off the power and disconnect.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (220V 50Hz) before use.
• Ensure adequate water in the tank and replace it regularly to maintain optimum performance and prevent contamination.
• Before connecting the pipeline, check the sealing of the hose and interface to prevent air leakage.
• Please operate slowly when adjusting the Vacuum Level to avoid drastic changes in the Vacuum Level.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the heat dissipation hole and pay attention to the motor temperature.
• With overcurrent protection function, but non-professional maintenance personnel should not disassemble the equipment by themselves.
• When not in use for a long time, please empty the water in the water tank and store the equipment in a drying place.
