Overview
SHB-E circulating water type multi-purpose vacuum pump is a matching vacuum pump specially developed by GREATWALL for purification, large equipment, pilot and small and medium production processes. It has the characteristics of large pumping capacity. The pump tank, condenser pipe and circulating pump are made of stainless steel, which can extract corrosion gases and can be chilled down by external refrigeration equipment or tap water to maintain a constant low temperature working environment, thus ensuring a good Vacuum Level.
Features
1. Large pumping capacity, suitable for multiple 10 to 50 liters Rotary evaporators (the number of units is determined by the specifications of Rotary evaporators) to work simultaneously.
2. It is suitable for multiple Reaction Kettles (the number of units is determined by the Reaction Kettle specification) to operate simultaneously.
3. Replace rotary vane vacuum pump, no pump corrosion, vacuum pump oil emulsification problems.
4. The water tank, condenser pipe and circulating pump are made of stainless steel (SUS standard), which can extract corrosion gas.
5. External refrigeration equipment can be connected to chill down or tap water to chill down, and the water temperature in the constant tank is 4~ 10 ° C, thus ensuring a good Vacuum Level.
Principle
This product is a circulating water vacuum pump, which drives the water flow to circulate in a closed system through the water pump, using the water jet principle to generate negative pressure, so as to realize the function of vacuuming. Its stainless steel structure allows the treatment of corrosion gases, and the external chill down system is used to maintain the working water temperature and ensure stable vacuum performance.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (380V 50Hz).
2. Connect external refrigeration equipment or tap water as needed to chill down the circulating water.
3. Connect the equipment that needs to be vacuumed (such as Rotary evaporator, Reaction Kettle) to the vacuum pump through the φ 25mm pumping diameter.
4. Start the device and adjust the running state.

• Make sure to use a 380V 50Hz power supply.
• Device weight up to 200kg, handling and installation to ensure stability.
• Check whether the safety functions such as the counterflow prevention valve are normal before use.
• According to the application requirements, rationally configure the number of Rotary evaporators or Reaction Kettles operating simultaneously.
• In order to maintain the best Vacuum Level, it is recommended to keep the water temperature in the sink constant within the range of 4~ 10 ° C.
